Reviewer workflow

This guide explains the typical reviewer journey in the platform.

Who this is for

This guide is for users with reviewer access.

Step-by-step

1. Open the review area of the platform.
2. Start from the review overview to see submitted items waiting for action.
3. Open the relevant review item or package view.
4. Inspect the proposed content and its context.
5. Review the proposed outcome together with the responsible working group process outside the platform where required.
6. Use the platform to record the resulting review outcome once the required agreement and checks are in place.

What the platform gives reviewers

The platform provides:

• a review overview page
• item or package-specific review pages
• access-controlled review actions
• dependency visibility before changing status

Important scope note

The platform helps reviewers work efficiently, but it does not replace the governance rules for how decisions are made.
