Review and approve changes

Review and approve changes—also called PCA Govern—is the role-protected workspace for assessing Submitted/Pending review content and recording an Approved or Rejected outcome.

These pages explain how the platform supports the decision; the Documentation Hub's Governance area defines who may decide and which organizational process must be followed.

Review actions require the Reviewer role. Creators can use these pages to understand what happens after submission, but Reader or Creator access alone does not authorize a decision. Externally Managed resources follow their owner's lifecycle and do not enter this review queue.
