Use data in applications—also called PCA Consume—explains how a Reader or Creator can retrieve machine-readable PCA content and integrate it into another system.

Reader is the minimum required role for API search and retrieval. Creator includes those retrieval capabilities and adds the authoring abilities documented under Create and extend content. If you are not yet sure which resource or identifier is correct, begin with Find and understand data before automating the retrieval.
