Platform & Services

This documentation explains the PCA platform through the services it provides to users, members, and customers.

The platform is organized into six service areas:

• PCA Explore
• PCA Consume
• PCA Evolve
• PCA Govern
• PCA Host
• PCA Empower

Use this documentation when you want practical guidance on how to make use of those services, either interactively through the platform or programmatically through the API where that is supported.

How to use this documentation

• Start with the service area that best matches what you are trying to achieve.
• Read that area's index.md page first.
• Continue into the user guides for either interactive usage or technical/API usage.
• Use platform-specific governance pages only to understand how the service supports review, not to replace the broader governance documentation in the hub.

• Use PCA Explore if you want to search, browse, and understand what already exists.
• Use PCA Consume if you want to retrieve or integrate PCA content.
• Use PCA Evolve if you want to create, propose, or extend content.
• Use PCA Govern if you are a reviewer or want to understand how review is supported in the platform.
• Use PCA Host if you want PCA to host and publish digital content.
• Use PCA Empower if you want help learning, adopting, and contributing effectively.
